 MAXILLOFACIAL PROSTHODONTIST

Dr Antoniou earned his D.D.S. degree from the University of Athens in 1988, followed by advanced specialised training in the United States. Ηe completed certificates in Prosthodontics (1993)  and Maxillofacial Prosthetics (1994), alongside a Master of Science (M.S.) in Dental Implants at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, U.S.A. He further refined his expertise through a Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the University of Chicago Hospitals in 1995.

Since 1996, he has maintained a private practice in Athens, Greece, with a clinical focus on prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry and implants. A prominent member of the international dental community, Dr. Antoniou holds memberships in prestigious organizations including the American Prosthodontic Society, the American College of Prosthodontics, and the Academy of Osseointegration. He has attended and  presented at congresses in both Greece and the U.S.A and has contributed extensively to the field through publishing various articles in Greek and International Dental Journals and  has written eight book reviews of Dental Books at the Doody’s Health Science Book Review.
